Shipping Policy
We partner with trusted courier service providers such as Shree Maruti Courier, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post, depending on service availability at the delivery location, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is generally not available.
However, COD may be offered at our sole discretion for selected customers or locations after prior confirmation. Bhagya Divines reserves the right to accept or decline COD requests without prior notice.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests are not accepted.
Customers are requested to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns.
An exchange will be considered only if:
You receive a wrong product; or
You receive a product that is damaged during transit.
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
Provide your order number.
Submit a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.
Photographs may also be requested for verification.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video or after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange of the product where applicable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided.
In exceptional circumstances where an exchange cannot be arranged or another suitable resolution is not possible, Bhagya Divines may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using a suitable payment method as determined by Bhagya Divines. The applicable processing time may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
